Privacy Policy

BRNSFT Capital is designed to collect only the information needed to understand project fit, improve the website, and respond to inbound requests.

Data we collect

When you complete a diagnostic or contact BRNSFT Capital, we may collect your name if provided, company, work email, Finnish Business ID if provided, diagnostic answers, diagnostic score, message content, technical browser information, country inferred by Cloudflare, and timestamps.

Finnish company lookup

If you enter a Finnish Business ID, the site may look up public company data from PRH/YTJ open data to personalize the diagnostic and skip irrelevant questions. The source is PRH/YTJ open data, and the lookup is optional.

Analytics and cookies

Analytics tools do not load until you accept analytics cookies. If accepted, the site may use PostHog and Google Analytics to understand page views, traffic sources, diagnostic interactions, and website performance. Google Analytics is configured with consent mode and IP anonymization. PostHog is configured without session recording by default.

Why we process data

We process data to respond to your request, send or discuss diagnostic results, improve the website, understand which content is useful, and evaluate whether BRNSFT Capital can help with funding, AI readiness, or R&D operator support.

Legal basis

For diagnostic and contact submissions, the legal basis is legitimate interest or steps requested before entering a business relationship. For optional analytics, the legal basis is consent. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

Processors

Depending on configuration, data may be processed by Cloudflare, PostHog, Google Analytics, and any CRM or webhook destination connected through the lead endpoint. Only the services required for website delivery, analytics, and lead handling are used.

Retention

Inbound lead and diagnostic information is kept only as long as needed for business follow-up, relationship management, or legal obligations. Analytics retention follows the configured retention settings in the analytics platforms.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or EEA, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable. You can also withdraw consent for analytics cookies. To exercise these rights, email roberto@brnsft.com.
